After Hours Arrival
For arrival outside the above reception hours, please contact in advance for alternate arrangements.
We have a key safe located beside the Reception Door (attached to the wall). It is important that you phone us during office hours so we can advise you the code for the safe and email you instructions regards the room, parking, wifi and registration the following morning.
Check-In
Check-in is from 12:00pm. Requests for early check-in considered (dependent upon previous night’s occupancy and/or check-out time).
If you arrive early you are more than welcome to check-in if the room is available. Unfortunately, early check-in cannot be guaranteed as it depends on guest occupancy the night before.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00am.
Requests for late check-out considered (dependent upon time and unit’s availability for that night).
Extended check-out (past 11:30pm) may be available and can incur an additional charge depending on time.
